This is what I wished I had known decades ago. What I wish my parents knew when I was growing up. The practice that changed everything for me: anchoring myself. It´s a practice essential to a balanced life.
 

There are many ways to anchor yourself. Some happen effortlessly, naturally. In many cases, a conscious practice is needed. 

 

This guide will help you better understand anchoring and its purpose. It will also offer practical guidance on anchoring yourself, along with guided grounding meditations.

Anchor Your Self

No matter what spiritual practice you follow, it should always start with being grounded. The practice of grounding/anchoring is essential to a healthy, truly happy life. It allows us to connect to Earth. Exchanging our energies. With the purpose of releasing and nourishing. It’s not complicated. You just need to know how to do it. And yes, it does take a little dedication and practice.

These are monthly recurring activations. Being grounded (or not) affects your life in many ways. I will highlight one theme in each session. This could be: Focus, Boundaries, Anxiety, Confidence, or Nutrition, to name a few.
