What can I expect during a session with Sparkling Spirit?

We start each session with a short, energetic cleansing using sage or palo santo (smudging). Then, we discuss your wishes and expectations for the session and any special details. Then, I will get to work with the healing method we discussed, and you can relax and experience it. After, we will discuss what happened during the session, and you'll have time to share your experience. The entire session will take about two hours. 

Are remote/online sessions possible? 

Yes, this is just as effective as a session in my practice. Contact me if you are interested in a remote session via Zoom.

How do I know if Sparkling Spirit is for me?

In fact, these are all connected, and something is set in motion on every level. How do I prepare for a session or workshop with Sparkling Spirit?

The most important thing I can tell you is to not plan anything after the session or workshop and to take the time to let everything sink in. For both sessions and workshops, wear something comfortable and not tight around the stomach. If you like, bring warm socks (shoes must be taken off upon entering).

Are the sessions suitable for babies and children?

Yes, it is very suitable. It can provide relief for stomach complaints and respiratory problems, among other things, but also for challenges with sleeping or sudden changes in behavior. Healing and energetic methods are also eminently suitable for highly sensitive children! Sessions for babies and children are also possible at home or remotely.
