Throughout our lives, we accumulate energetic debris in our bodies (both physical and energetic). Our chakras are the bridge between the energetic and physical realms. In this comprehensive 1:1 program, you’ll receive 8 sessions with me. Starting with the root chakra, we will work our way up the chakra system one session at a time. Before each session, you’ll receive reflection prompts to help get clarity about the main issues of the specific chakra. During the session, I’ll use powerful, effective clearing and healing methods based on Andean Shamanism. The sessions will have a 2–to 4-week integration period between them. During this time, you’ll receive integration prompts that will support you and your process.
