I’ll instantly start to feel warmer and calmer. Whenever I feel heaviness, the first thing I’ll do is connect to Pachamama to release the ‘heavy’ (low-vibrating) energy.

The Anchor Your Self program consists of videos to expand your knowledge about anchoring and grounding yourself, reflection prompts to give you insight about your feelings, habits, and responses, and practical tools to ground, cleanse, and nourish yourself.
On top of that, you can join monthly live online sessions to enhance your experience. These sessions are, in a safe, sacred shamanic space, for connection, learning, and integration.

I laid my professional foundation as a Medicine Woman in 2014 with Usui Reiki. In 2024, I started my training as a Shamanic Healer. I found my purpose and life’s mission: Helping you reconnect with your intuition and yourself. So you can live a calm, happy, and meaningful life.
