Ceremony

Ceremony! Rituals! A gathering of beautiful people to connect and celebrate life. I just love it! This is where my inner Priestess shows up.

 

One of my favorite lessons from Andean Shamanic traditions is the importance of ceremony. It is used on many occasions, including celebrations, end-of-life rites, and initiations. It can also be an event on its own. The purpose is to express gratitude and to transform prayers and intentions into manifestations. It can, for example, be a very powerful way to start a project or collaboration.

 

Occasionally, I will facilitate a Despacho Ceremony. It is a beautiful, magical fire ritual (often with a theme or topic) where we all set our intentions and offer our prayers to the spirits through an offering. In that moment, we are co-creators of all our prayers becoming reality. The group's energy amplifies the individual's energy and intentions. It’s truly magnificent! Miracles might show up on your doorstep sooner than you’ll think.
